About the Role

Stratcomm Africa is seeking a strategic Research Officer to strengthen our evidence-based communications and advisory services. This role will support client engagements and business development through high-quality research and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
• Prepare research reports and executive briefings
• Support proposal writing and client pitches
• Monitor industry trends and public sentiment
• Maintain research databases and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Research, Marketing or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
