Job Description

• Leadership: Hiring, training, motivating, and supervising branch employees.
• Operations: Managing day-to-day activities, procedures, budgets, and financial reporting for the location.
Sales & Marketing: Developing strategies to attract new customers, grow the business, and meet sales goals
• Customer Service: Ensuring high satisfaction, resolving issues, and building customer relationships.
• Financial Oversight: Approving loans, managing accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance, especially in banking

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree or Masters with Years of Experience (Preferably banking) Management credit officer, Teller, Field Bankers, Branch Operations and the whole Branch
