Responsibilities

• Expand digital revenue streams and lead go-to-market strategies for new services
• Ensure operational excellence and service uptime
• Lead financial performance and cost efficiency
• Oversee digital infrastructure and technology innovation
• Uphold governance, risk & compliance standards
• Develop talent and strengthen organizational capability

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Digital Strategy, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Master’s degree (MBA) in Technology Management or Digital Transformation
• Minimum 10 years experience in digital technology, ISP or IT infrastructure with 5 years in senior management
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT or ISP operations serving
