Job Description

Location: Accra (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:
The Data Analyst will analyze business and customer data to support strategic decision-making and improve product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Prepare dashboards and management reports
  • Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Support fraud, credit, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with business and tech teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools
  • Experience in fintech or financial services is an advantage
