QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
1. 1 to 3 years in a similar role and industry.
2. Degree/HND in Food Processing or Food Technology

OPERATIONAL ABILITIES AND TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
· Effective production knowledge involving the understanding of the entire production pipeline, as well as the equipment and materials involved.
· Quality control of products requiring the capability to maintain standard requirements and the capability to review production documentation.
· Working knowledge in health and safety regulations to enable employees to create safe work environments.
· The ability to recognize operational improvements, together with waste reduction and efficiency enhancement, will be critical as a valuable competence in process optimization.
