KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDES:
· Assist in developing but mainly implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.
· Identify market opportunities, potential customers, and key accounts for sales expansion.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including retailers, distributors, and partners.
· Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to maximize their performance and productivity.
· Set sales targets, quotas, and goals for individual team members and monitor their progress.
· Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and sales collateral.
· Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulations.
· Provide feedback to senior management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
· Monitor inventory levels, sales forecasts, and product demand to optimize inventory management.
· Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
· Stay informed about industry developments, product innovations, and emerging market trends.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA is an added advantage.
· Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or market segment.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
·  Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
· Strategic thinking and analytical skills. · Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and goals. · Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
· Ability to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally nationally or internationally.
· Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
