Data Analyst – Dexwin

Job Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
We are seeking a Data Analyst to help us turn raw information into clear insights that guide our products and strategy. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to design metrics, analyze trends, and build systems that improve decision-making across the company.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
🔹Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources including product databases and third-party APIs
🔹Develop dashboards and automated reports that communicate performance and insights
🔹Analyze user behavior, business operations, and financial metrics to identify opportunities for growth
🔹Work with engineers to improve data collection and ensure data quality and reliability
🔹Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
🔹Support experimentation and A/B testing through proper data design and interpretation

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
📌 Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
📌 Solid understanding of statistics and experience applying analytical methods to real business problems
📌 Ability to write clear, efficient queries and automate recurring analysis
📌 Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is preferred
📌 Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills
📌 Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
