Over the past 3+ years, I’ve supported HR operations for multinational companies with 150–500 employees and up to $ 10 M+ in revenue across Ghana. From onboarding and recruitment to employee relations and engagement, my mission is to create seamless HR experiences that empower teams and drive performance.
