Work & Experience
• Prospecting and advancing sales of electronic and home appliances in Tamale and its environs
• Handling client complaints, and resolving operational bottlenecks
• Improving sales through market research, and strategy planning and sales pipeline management
• Creating and closing pipelines
• Liaising and coordinating the efforts of all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Customer relationship management
• Sales support services and coordination
• Responsible for administrative function of recording and managing records
• Collection of dues and tithe from parishioners
• Depositing monies into churches accounts and updating records
• Entering financial information into appropriate church books
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Collaboratively work with farmers to determine a holistic approach to the implementation of agricultural activities that improves access to micro-credit.
• Encourage farmers to adopt accurate and optimized crop
protection and fertilization application via drones while solving their challenges
• Educate farmers on regenerative agricultural practices and the adoption of practices
• Designing of data collection instruments and conducting data collection in project communities
