1. Optimized the efficient operations procedures of the gas turbine power plant helping to reduce human attributed downtimes to increase overall plant reliability and availability by 5% 2. Efficiently plan and safely execute of 4000 Hrs and 8000 Hrs maintenance of our gas turbine fleets while ensuring proper coordination with the gas turbine OEM. 3. Coordinated and safely executed three gas turbine CORE engine changes with OEM upon the packages reaching their Time Between Overhaul (TBO). 4. Maintain effective communication between various plant stakeholder especially during planned plant outages to minimize impact to client's production. 5.
