I am a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) and Data Systems professional with over seven years of experience helping organizations transform data into evidence for better decisions. My work spans health, nutrition, agriculture, food security, and international development, where I have designed and strengthened monitoring systems, digital data collection platforms, reporting workflows, and analytics solutions that improve data quality, accountability, and organizational learning.

Throughout my career, I have supported programs funded by USAID, the European Union (EU), IFAD, and the Mastercard Foundation by designing MEL systems, developing digital data collection tools, managing complex datasets, conducting survey and statistical analyses, and building automated dashboards that enable timely, evidence-based decision-making. My experience covers the full data lifecycle – from system design and governance to analysis, visualization, reporting, and capacity strengthening.

I work comfortably across technical and strategic functions, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, R, STATA, DHIS2, KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare, and SurveyCTO to solve operational challenges and deliver practical, scalable data solutions. Whether developing health information systems, automating reporting pipelines, or improving data quality processes, my focus is always on creating systems that are reliable, efficient, and sustainable.

Beyond technology, I enjoy building the capacity of teams to use data effectively. I have trained program staff, strengthened data governance practices, and promoted a culture of learning that enables organizations to adapt, improve performance, and demonstrate measurable results.
