Location: Lagos, Nigeria / Accra, Ghana

Salary: USD 2,000 – USD 3,000 Monthly

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Communications & HR Manager to support a major Group-wide transformation programme, managing transformation communications and the people-side of organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage the transformation communications strategy and stakeholder communications.
2. Develop transformation narratives, updates, presentations and sponsor-facing content.
3. Lead change management, employee engagement, resistance management and adoption planning.
4. Coordinate HR activities covering organisation design, capability building and culture change.
5. Track employee sentiment, readiness and adoption, and implement interventions where required.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications,  Human Resources, Industrial Psychology,  Business Administration or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
2. 6–6 years of experience spanning Communications and/or HR, preferably with a transformation or change management focus. *(note: this appears to be a typo in the original — likely meant to read differently, e.g. “5–6” or “6–8” years)*
3. Proven experience in people-side change management, adoption planning and organisational transformation.
4. Strong strategic communications, stakeholder management and engagement skills.
5. Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa, with West Africa experience highly advantageous.
