Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and people-focused HR Manager to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing people strategies that support organizational objectives while strengthening employee engagement, performance, and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Planning

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives.
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to management to support effective decision-making.
  • Identify current and future workforce needs and contribute to workforce planning.
  • Support organizational development and change initiatives.

2. Talent Management

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain qualified talent.
  • Support employee onboarding and integration into the organization.
  • Develop and coordinate talent development initiatives.
  • Support succession planning and career development programmes.
  • Identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate development interventions.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Work closely with employees, HR colleagues, and Line Managers to promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Develop initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally and fairly.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote effective employee relations.
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and management.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement and maintain effective performance management processes.
  • Support Line Managers in setting performance objectives and conducting performance reviews.
  • Monitor performance-related issues and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and employee development.

5. HR Compliance

  • Ensure the organization’s HR practices comply with applicable labour laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Keep management informed of relevant HR and employment-related regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation of employee records and HR processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

6. HR Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day HR processes and ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate benefits administration and other employee-related services.
  • Support employee communications and ensure HR information is communicated effectively.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
