About the Role

Estate Masters invites enthusiastic and dedicated applicants to fill the position of Estate Manager.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manages and oversees the daily operations of the Estate department.
  • Oversees land/site partition.
  • Holds meetings with land and estate owners.
  • Provides security services for land and estate owners.
  • Manages the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the various land sites and company site
  • Liaises with the Projects Department to execute and monitor construction/site projects.
  • Conducts periodic site inspection and visitation.
  • Coordinates with the marketing team to schedule clients for site visitation.
  • Works with Land Surveyors and other stakeholders to carry out land purchase documentation activities including site picking, site plotting, site plan preparation etc.
  • Liaises with the Projects Department to arrange and execute amenities on all company land sites.
  • Monitors to ensure land purchase documentation are prepared and delivered to clients within the agreed time frame.
  • Liaises with the Customer Service Officer to respond to technical queries from clients.
  • Establishes and enforces a proper estate/project management methods, policies and principles in line with global standards.
  • Provides effective supervision to estates team in the delivery of their duties through coaching, mentorship, training, and appraisal etc.
  • Builds and maintains professional networks
  • Performs other work-related duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • A minimum degree in Estate Management or related field.
  • 3 years working experience in similar role.

  • Serving as the main point of contact for the estate owner (s)
  • Undertakes and ensures site-specific tasks and functions are conducted effectively.
  • Being the first point of contact or reporting of premises or site issues, identifying, and addressing training needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or related applications.
  • Conducts some planning, budgeting, and reporting of estates activities.
  • Developing and managing delivery of the asset management plan, management of estate projects, managing health and safety compliance, managing estates staff.
