• Support the Climate Smart Resilience Project (CSR) in Binga, ensuring effective delivery of climate-smart agriculture and resilience-building activities.
• Support Anticipatory Action and Finance-Focused Projects, contributing to the design and implementation of early warning and early action interventions.
• Provide MEAL support to the ECHO Humanitarian Implementation Plan (HIP) Project in Harare

• Ensure appropriate tracking, assessment, and reporting of project activities in alignment with Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (MER) guidelines and PEPFAR data requirements.
• Supervise and maintain minimum standards across all MEL processes including data collection, collation, verification, storage, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct routine data verifications to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and compliance with minimum data quality standards.
• Lead the use of data for decision-making by identifying key program issues and addressing system bottlenecks through improved monitoring processes.
• Track patients on treatment interruption (TX_RTT) using health facility Essential Change Registers and monitor PMTCT ART mothers through ANC Registers.
• Support district teams in producing service delivery cascades and ensure data is used effectively to guide program strategies.
• Supervise District SIE Health Assistants and Data Entry Clerks to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent data capture.
• Produce and disseminate weekly, monthly, and quarterly SIE reports aligned with agreed indicators to inform program implementation and decision-making at the district level.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of survey data, success stories, lessons learned, best practices, and stories of most significant change.
• Undertake training and capacity-building initiatives for staff and volunteers to strengthen MEL competencies and ensure adherence to minimum standards.
• Participate in the continuous review and refinement of monitoring tools, providing feedback to enhance relevance and effectiveness.
• Provide technical and backup support to the district program team, contributing to robust data-driven program management and reporting.

• Conduct Data Quality Assessments (RDQA) and data verification across all districts for DREAMS and OVC programs; produce comprehensive reports.
• Conduct MEAL field visits to monitor project implementation and data quality.
• Track program performance against targets using the Indicator Performance Tracking Table (IPTT).
• Support the M&E Coordinator in producing monthly, quarterly, SAPR, and APR reports.
• Verify and approve all data entered into DHIS2 systems (OVC MIS and DREAMS) prior to report generation.
• Design and develop programming tools to support data collection, monitoring, and reporting processes.
• Ensure timely updates of project data in DHIS2 systems.
• Conduct data entry quality checks and perform data cleaning from paper-based to electronic systems.
• Produce data entry quality reports and maintain data quality submission and entry trackers.
• Coordinate community scorecard processes to capture community feedback.
• Provide guidance to programming officers on monitoring and reporting in line with MER guidelines.
• Develop the capacity of staff and volunteers on data quality and use.
• Assist the M&E Coordinator in developing MEL strategies and coordinating project review meetings.
• Participate in technical working groups with key stakeholders to share insights and contribute to program improvement.
• Lead district internal meetings and document proceedings.
• Conduct feedback meetings with community cadres to integrate community perspectives into project implementation.
• Consolidate and finalize success stories to support program learning and reporting.
