Work & Experience
With my educational background in communication I was positioned as the Head Receptionist of the Hotel giving me the chance to be the first point of contact with every customer that walked in there. I made sure every customer was attended to and provided with the needed information during their time in the hotel. I attended to every complaint and ensured proper steps are taken to resolve them
