Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring the highest levels of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders to manage project timelines, mitigate risks, allocate resources effectively, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through successful completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Resolve project challenges proactively and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices.
  • Prepare project reports, documentation, and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Project Management
    • Business Administration
    • Information Technology
    • Engineering
    • Computer Science
    • Or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience managing projects in a professional environment.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or CAPM will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience managing cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
