About the Role

The Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. The successful candidate will coordinate administrative processes, support programme implementation, manage operational activities, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to improving organizational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of organizational programmes and projects.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day administrative and operational processes.
  • Assist in planning meetings, events, workshops, and outreach activities.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate communication with partners, beneficiaries, volunteers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor programme timelines and support project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and organizational databases.
  • Support procurement and logistics activities when required.
  • Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management.
