About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across construction, procurement, and business operations.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning to successful completion.
  • Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive operational efficiency while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring effective governance and reporting.
  • Provide regular project updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and balance competing priorities.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Prepare project reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

Construction & Business Operations

  • Manage construction and infrastructure projects from concept through completion.
  • Lead business improvement and operational projects across the organization.
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental (HSE), and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project quality and ensure successful project handover.

Procurement & Contract Management

  • Develop procurement plans aligned with project objectives.
  • Coordinate supplier sourcing, tendering, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
  • Administer project contracts and monitor contractor performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services within approved budgets.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and governance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with:
  • Clients
  • Contractors
  • Consultants
  • Suppliers
  • Government agencies and regulatory authorities
  • Internal stakeholders
  • Lead project meetings and communicate progress to senior management.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • PMP®, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
  • Membership of PMI or another recognized professional body is an advantage.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5–10 years’ project management experience.
  • Strong experience managing construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in the oil and gas sector is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects from planning through successful completion.
  • Experience managing contractors, consultants, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in procurement, contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Experience working in multinational or fast-paced corporate environments is preferred.

  • AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours when required.
  • Regular travel to project sites and occasional domestic travel may be required.
