Are you a results-driven finance professional looking to leverage your experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? An emerging brand in FMCG space is seeking a Finance Officer Intern to support our core operations in Accra.
We are looking for a candidate who brings both academic knowledge and practical experience to help optimize our financial processes as we scale our distribution reach across Ghana.

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Manage daily bookkeeping activities and maintain accuracy in accounts payable and receivable.
Financial Analysis: Support the team in monitoring and reporting on key metrics, including the Cash Conversion Cycle and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Inventory & Logistics Finance: Assist in reconciling warehouse stock levels and analyzing the financial impact of our distribution logistics.
Credit Administration: Provide support in managing our trade financing models and evaluating distributor credit profiles.
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.


Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant work experience within a finance or accounting team.
Be a female between 27 and 35 years living close to the business location.

Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial data to drive business decisions.
Core Competencies: Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and demonstrate high integrity and attention to detail.
