About the Role
Alpha Insurance Brokers is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Marketing Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring clients, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s insurance products and services to individuals and organizations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in Insurance will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
- Prior experience within the insurance industry will be considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and services (training will be provided where necessary).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
