About the Role

Alpha Insurance Brokers is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Marketing Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring clients, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s insurance products and services to individuals and organizations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification in Insurance will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
  • Prior experience within the insurance industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products and services (training will be provided where necessary).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
