Project Manager

Location: Accra, Ghana
Employment Type: Full-time

A reputable organization in the real estate/construction sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee development projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance
• Identify and mitigate project risks and delays
• Prepare reports and communicate project updates
• Support project handover and close-out activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  *5 years+ experience in project management within construction or real estate development
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contractor management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and reporting tools
• Professional certification is an added advantage
