PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE

The Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to equip young engineering professionals with practical industry experience, technical competencies, leadership exposure, and workplace readiness through structured learning and on-the-job training.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must:

  • Have graduated from a recognized Technical University
  • Hold a qualification in Structural, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Have completed National Service
  • Possess a maximum of two (2) years post–National Service work experience
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
