𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 Our client is a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams — fully remote. This is a role for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly at all levels, and has a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
▸ Lead full project lifecycle — initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
▸ Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource schedules
▸ Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
▸ Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
▸ Track milestones, report progress, and escalate issues where necessary
▸ Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
▸ Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
▸ PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification — strongly preferred
▸ 5–8 years of proven project management experience
▸ Strong experience with project management tools — Asana, MS Project, Trello, or similar
▸ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
▸ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment
▸ Experience in professional services, NGO, tech, or FMCG sectors — an added advantage
