Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Monitor QAQC performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and approve quality documentation including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Train project teams on quality standards and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality management in construction or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and QA/QC frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
